Deleting the Wi-Fi settings
You can delete the SSID from the Wi-Fi settings, for example, when you no longer use a Wi-Fi router/access point with the registered SSID.
- Open the My aibo home screen.
- Do either of the following depending on the app in use.

On the My aibo app for smartphones:
- Tap aibo to display the aibo menu.
- Tap [Settings] - [Wi-Fi].
- Select the SSID (network name) of your desired Wi-Fi router/access point from the list.
- Select [Delete setting].

On the My aibo app for computers:
- Select [Wi-Fi settings] on the [Settings] tab.
- Select the SSID (network name) of your desired Wi-Fi router/access point from the list.
- Select [Delete setting].

To delete the Wi-Fi settings altogether
Perform one of the following operations depending on the app you are using.

On the My aibo app for smartphones: After step
-2, select [Delete all Wi-Fi settings] from the menu icon (
) in the upper-right corner. -
On the My aibo app for computers: After step
-1, select [Delete all Wi-Fi settings].
Once you deleted the Wi-Fi settings altogether, you need to have aibo scan the QR code and make Wi-Fi settings all over again. Follow the on-screen instructions.
