When you have an issue:

Do the following before you request a repair service.

  • Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide and try any corrective actions listed.

  • Unplug the AC power cord from the outlet, and then plug it back.

  • Initialize your wireless speaker.

    All the settings, including the volume setting, are cleared and the pairing information is deleted.

  • Visit our customer support home page.

If the none of the above works, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
