When you have an issue:
Do the following before you request a repair service.
Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide and try any corrective actions listed.
Unplug the AC power cord from the outlet, and then plug it back.
Initialize your wireless speaker.
All the settings, including the volume setting, are cleared and the pairing information is deleted.
