Battery Information

Displays the model number and deterioration status of the battery packs inserted into the camera and the vertical grip (sold separately).

  1. MENU → (Setup) → [Power Setting Option] → [Battery Information].

Hint

  • Battery packs gradually deteriorate over time and with repeated use. [Battery Information] displays the status of the battery pack in three levels: [Good], [Slightly deteriorated], and [Deteriorated (replacement advised)]. We recommend purchasing a new battery pack when the status is displayed as [Deteriorated (replacement advised)].
  • If you have attached the vertical grip and inserted two battery packs, you can check the model number and status of each battery pack.
