關於語音提示
根據原廠設定，配戴耳機時，您會透過耳機聽到英文語音提示。括號中說明語音提示的內容。
使用“Sony | Headphones Connect”應用程式，可以變更語音提示的語言、開啟/關閉語音提示，以及設定語音提示的音量。如需詳細資料，請參閱“Sony | Headphones Connect”應用程式說明指南。

- 購買後或初始化耳機後（耳機內沒有配對資訊時）第一次將耳機放入雙耳而自動進入配對模式時 / 手動進入配對模式並將耳機放入雙耳時：“Pairing”（配對）
- 耳機剩餘電池電力偏低時：“Low battery”（電池電力不足）
- 由於耳機電池電力不足自動關閉時：“Battery is empty”（電池耗盡）
- 設定語音提示的音量時：“Voice guidance test”（語音提示測試）
- 即使操作分配了Google Assistant的耳機，連接耳機的智慧型手機仍無法使用Google Assistant時：“Google Assistant is not connected”（未連接Google Assistant）
- 即使操作分配了Amazon Alexa的耳機，連接耳機的智慧型手機仍無法使用Amazon Alexa時：“Either your mobile device isn't connected; or you need to open the Alexa App and try again”（您的行動裝置未連接，或者您需要打開Alexa應用程式並重試）
- 以LE Audio連接時操作語音助理：“The [Voice Assistant] is not available. Please open the Headphones Connect and check the [Voice Assistant] settings.” （[Voice Assistant]無法使用。請開啟Headphones Connect ，然後勾選[Voice Assistant]設定。）
- 在“Sony | Headphones Connect”應用程式中開啟[Connect to 2 devices simultaneously]並將[LE Audio connection setting for headphones]設定為[LE Audio Priority]，並從Classic Audio連線切換為LE Audio連線時：“Multipoint connection has been disabled. Please open the Headphones Connect and check the [Connect to 2 devices simultaneously] settings.” （多點連線已停用。請開啟Headphones Connect，然後勾選[Connect to 2 devices simultaneously]設定。)
- 由於服務連結關閉而無法使用Quick Access時：“Launch Headphones Connect to activate Service Link”（啟動Headphones Connect以啟動服務連結）
- 即使操作分配了Quick Access的耳機仍無法啟動相應的應用程式時：“App assigned to the Quick Access is not launched on the mobile device”（分配給Quick Access的應用程式未在行動裝置上啟動）
- 以LE Audio連接時操作Quick Access：“The Quick Access is not available. Please open the Headphones Connect and check the [Services] tab.”（快速存取無法使用。請開啟Headphones Connect，然後勾選[Services]標籤。）
- 在安全音量控制開始時：“The [Safe volume control] limits the volume.”（[Safe volume control]限制音量。）
注意
- 在變更語音提示的語言時，最多可能費時約20分鐘。
- 變更語音提示的語言後，如果初始化耳機以還原回原廠設定，則語言不會還原回原廠設定。
- 變更語音提示語言或更新耳機軟體後，如果無法聽見語音提示，請將耳機置於充電盒內，並關閉充電盒蓋以關閉電源，然後將耳機從充電盒中取出以重新開啟電源。
