The specification requirements for mirroring from user devices and for remote operation vary depending on the operating system.

- Operating systems and browsers not included below are not supported.
Windows OS
Mirroring, remote control, and snapshot downloading can be executed by installing the Vision Exchange App.
For remote operation from a web browser
- OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 (32-bit or 64-bit version)
- Web browser: Google Chrome (latest version)

Mirroring, remote control, and snapshot downloading can be executed by installing the Vision Exchange App.
