What can I do to solve a problem?
If the bulb speaker does not function as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue.
- Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide and try any corrective actions listed.
- Make sure that the battery in the remote control has power remaining and that the light fixture containing the bulb speaker is turned on.
- Reset the bulb speaker.
This operation resets the volume, brightness, and color settings and deletes all pairing information, BLUETOOTH codec, and equalizer settings. The Speaker Add function and master unit settings are canceled.
- Look up information on the issue on the customer support website.
