What if the voice guidance is not heard?
- Check that the [Notification & Voice Guide] setting is enabled.
If the voice guidance still cannot be heard from the headphones, you need to set the language of the voice guidance again.
Change the language of the voice guidance to a language different from the current language, then select your desired language again.
