Configuring Live Streaming using SRT

Configure the following for live streaming using SRT.

  1. On the Settings screen > [Transmitter] tab, click the (Add transmitter) button.
    A line is added to the transmitter settings.
  2. Enter the SRT name in [Transmitter Name] and select “SRT Caller” in [Model Name].
  3. Open the [Receiver] tab of the Settings screen and configure the items in [SRT Listener Settings].
  4. Click SRT Caller in the transmitter area on the Live Streaming screen and drag & drop it to a receiving device in the receiver area.

    The SRT listener preparation is completed. The destination and port are displayed during the drag & drop.

    If the displayed address is “srt://192.168.0.1:10000,” then the destination and port have the following settings.

    • Destination: srt://192.168.0.1
    • Port: 10000
  5. Set the destination address and port displayed in step 4 on the SRT streaming device and start live streaming.
    If using a passphrase, set the value configured in [SRT Listener Settings] > [Passphrase] in step 3 on the SRT streaming device.
