Finding the IMEI numbers of your device

Your device has unique identification numbers that are referred to as IMEI. You should keep a copy of these. You may require them if your device is stolen or when contacting support.

Viewing your IMEI numbers using the dialpad

  1. Find and tap the icon.

    (Phone)

  2. Tap the icon.

    (Dialpad)

  3. Enter the following into the dialpad.

    *#06#

    The IMEI numbers are displayed automatically.
