Real-Time Text (For the XQ-FE54 when used with European network operators)

Real-Time Text (RTT) is a text service that carriers provide in certain countries/regions. It allows each character in a message to be read as it is typed. Check with your carrier to learn whether RTT is available with your service plan.

Please note that availability of emergency call services using RTT varies depending on the country and region. In order to support emergency calls using RTT, your phone may need to have a SIM card installed.

  1. Launch the Phone app.
  2. Tap as follows.
    (More) > [Settings] > [Accessibility] > [Real-Time Text (RTT)]
  3. Tap the button shown in the dial pad before starting or during a call to make an RTT call.
