No sound or only a very low-level sound is heard from the optional speaker.
- Press SW
(subwoofer volume) + on the remote control to increase the subwoofer volume, or press REAR
(rear speakers volume) + to increase the rear speaker volume. - Check the wireless connection status in
[Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker Settings] - [Check wireless connection]. - Set the night mode to off.
- If you change the
[Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker Settings] - [RF Channel] setting from [Off] to [On], it may take 1 minute for the sound to be output.
- Refer to the operating instructions of the optional rear speakers/subwoofer.
