Before asking for repair, check the following items again.

Charge the headset.
You may be able to resolve some issues by charging the headset battery. - Restart the device that is being connected to the headset.
You may be able to resolve some issues by restarting the connected device such as your computer or PS5™. - Reset the headset.

Initialize the headset.
This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings. - Look up information on the issue on the customer support website.
