What can I do to solve a problem?

If the speaker does not function as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue.

  • Find the symptoms of the issue in this Help Guide, and try any corrective actions listed.
  • Connect the speaker to an AC outlet via the USB AC adaptor to charge the battery for more than 1 hour.

    You may be able to resolve some issues by charging the battery.

  • Press and hold the (power) button of the speaker more than 8 seconds to reset the speaker. When resetting the speaker, the volume, functions, and sound settings may change.
  • Initialize the speaker.

    All settings of the speaker return to their factory defaults. All the pairing information and all the network settings are deleted.

  • Look up information about the issue on the customer support website.
