Unable to turn on the speaker or charge the built-in battery
- Fully charge the built-in battery.
- Make sure the USB AC adaptor is connected to the speaker and the AC outlet firmly.
- Press and hold the
(power) button of the speaker more than 8 seconds to reset the speaker. When resetting the speaker, the volume, functions, and sound settings may change.
