- Low battery. Connect the speaker to an AC outlet via the supplied micro-USB cable and USB AC adaptor, and charge it for more than 1 hour.

- The speaker has failed to charge. Press and hold the
(power) button of the speaker more than 8 seconds to reset the speaker. If the CHARGE indicator keeps flashing, consult your nearest Sony dealer or the shop from which you purchased this speaker.
