Shoot Mode Limit (still image/movie/slow-motion and quick-motion/time-lapse movie)
By limiting the types of available shooting modes in advance, you can more quickly select the desired setting when selecting [Shoot Mode] using menu operations.

Shoot Mode Limit] → Add check marks to the shooting modes that you want to use, and then select [OK].The types of shooting modes marked with
(check mark) will be available as settings.
Hint
- When you assign [Shoot Mode Switch] to the desired key using [
Custom Key/Dial Set.]/[
Custom Key/Dial Set.], the shooting mode changes every time you press the assigned key. By limiting the types of selectable shooting modes in advance, you can more quickly select a shooting mode from among limited shooting modes. [Shoot Mode Switch] can be used when the mode dial is set to
(Disabled), or when [Shooting Mode Dial] under [Mode Dial Control Set] is set to [Set with Menu].

- Types of shooting modes that do not have a check mark cannot be selected using MENU or the Fn (function) menu. To select one, add a check mark using [
Shoot Mode Limit]/[
Shoot Mode Limit]/[
Shoot Mode Limit]/[
Shoot Mode Limit].
