Sound of devices other than the TV is not output from the headphones
- Change the input of the processor with the INPUT button according to the connected TV to which the device is connected.
- Increase the volume of the headphones.
- Check the audio output setting of the TV. For details on how to check and set, refer to the manuals supplied with the TV.
- Check whether the audio format input to the processor is supported by the system.
- Check whether the device connected to the HDMI (ARC) jack on the processor is a TV.
The HDMI (ARC) jack on the processor is available only when connecting to the HDMI input jack that supports ARC on a TV. When you want to connect an HDMI device other than a TV to the processor, connect that device to the HDMI input jack on a TV first, then connect the HDMI (ARC) jack on the processor to an HDMI input jack that supports ARC on the TV.
