The battery cannot be charged; the charge indicator flashes.
- Check the connections between the headphones and the processor.
- There is something wrong with the rechargeable battery. Consult your nearest Sony dealer.
- Charge the battery in an ambient temperature range of between 5°C and 35°C (41°F and 95°F).
