A USB device is not recognized

  • Turn off the speaker, reconnect the USB device, then turn on the speaker.
  • An unsupported USB device is connected. Refer to the URL in “Compatible USB devices” and use a supported USB device.
  • The USB device does not work properly. Refer to the operating instructions supplied with the USB device for a solution.
