PHASE AF FRAMES

You can set whether to display the phase detection AF frames when selecting [WIDE] or [ZONE] on [FOCUS AREA] while recording movies with auto focus.

  1. MENU button- (DISPLAY SET) - [PHASE AF FRAMES].

Descriptions of menu items

ON:

Displays the phase detection AF frames.


OFF:

Does not display the phase detection AF frames.

Note

  • When the camcorder is in focus, the focus frame lights in green if [FOCUS AREA] is set to the following.
    • [CENTER]
    • [FLEXIBLE SPOT]
  • The phase AF detection frames are not displayed when [DATE REC] is set to [ON].

Hint

  • You can assign this function to the ASSIGN button.
