[Device info incorrect] is displayed and cannot make a Bluetooth connection with the smartphone.

  • Reconnect the projector and smartphone with the procedure below.
    For Android smartphones:
    1. In the Bluetooth setting of the smartphone, select the displayed on the right side of the projector's name to disconnect.
    2. Start the special application and operate again.

      The projector and smartphone are automatically connected using Bluetooth connection.


    For iPhone:
    1. In the Bluetooth setting of iPhone, select the displayed on the right side of the projector's name to disconnect.
    2. Start the special application and operate again.

      The projector and smartphone are automatically connected using Bluetooth connection.
