Resetting the neckband speaker
In the event of the following, press the 
(power)/
(BLUETOOTH) button and the 
(microphone off) button simultaneously while charging is in progress to reset the neckband speaker.

You cannot operate the neckband speaker after you turn it on.

You cannot operate the neckband speaker after you troubleshoot pairing issues.

Note
- Resetting the neckband speaker does not delete its pairing information.
- Resetting the neckband speaker may change its volume, function, or sound settings.
