Updating the neckband speaker software
Install the latest neckband speaker software using “Sony | Headphones Connect” to enjoy new functions or to resolve a certain number of issues with the neckband speaker.
Always use the neckband speaker with the latest software installed.

When the [Automatic download of software] setting is enabled (default setting) on “Sony | Headphones Connect,” the download and transfer of the software will start automatically.
You can also update the neckband speaker software in the following way.
- Download the update software from the server to the smartphone on which “Sony | Headphones Connect” is installed.
- Transfer the update software from the smartphone to the neckband speaker.
- Update the neckband speaker software following the on-screen instructions.
