Adding a second and subsequent aibo products (Product registration with your My Sony is not completed before delivery)
The following describes how to add a second and subsequent aibo products of yours.
If you already have a My Sony sign-in ID and have registered your first aibo with the My aibo app and subscribed to the aibo basic plan, you can register additional aibo products under the same sign-in ID.

You can add up to 16 aibo products to a single My Sony sign-in ID.
- Open the My aibo home screen.
- Do either of the following depending on the app in use.

On the My aibo app for smartphones:
- Tap [Menu] - [My aibo] - [Add aibo].
Product key entry is prompted.
- Tap [Scan QR code] and scan the QR code printed on the product key sticker that is supplied with your aibo.
Alternatively, you can enter the 12-digit alphanumeric code printed on the product key sticker.
- Tap [Add].
Your aibo is added to your My Sony and the Set-up screen opens.

On the My aibo app for computers:
- Select [Menu] - [Add aibo].
Product key entry is prompted.
- Enter the 12-digit alphanumeric code printed on the product key sticker that is supplied with your aibo.
- Select [Add].
Your aibo is added to your My Sony and the Set-up screen opens.

- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your aibo.

Once aibo's sex is specified, you cannot change it without initializing aibo. To change the current sex, initialize your aibo first, and then use the My aibo app.
Initializing aibo clears all the data, including memories with its owner, what it learned in daily life, and the settings you made. There is no way to restore the cleared data.
