Diagnosing your camera
If your camera is not working properly, you can run a diagnostics test to identify if there is a problem with the main camera, front camera, flash, or camera key.
To run a diagnostics test of your camera, make sure you are connected to the internet.

While using the camera, tap
(Settings icon). -
Tap
(Introduction to features icon) > [Help] > [Launch the Support app]. -
Tap [Xperia Tests], select a category, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
