The Walkman does not function. You cannot turn on the Walkman.
- If the Walkman is connected to a computer, disconnect the Walkman from the computer.
- Restart the Walkman.

If the problem persists, charge the battery for 30 minutes or longer using the USB cradle (supplied).
Note:
Once the operation lamp lights up during charging, you can use the Walkman. Even if the Walkman is connected to a computer, the operation lamp may not light up when the battery level is low.
