Merging relay clips

You can merge AVCHD-format clips that were continuously recorded across multiple media cards into a single clip.

This operation can be performed from any of the following screens.

  • [Browse] screen
  • [Edit/Details] screen

  1. Copy the clips you want to merge into a single folder.
    • Refer to the following page for details on copying the clips.

  2. Select the clips you want to merge.
  3. Click the following button in the lower left of the screen to select the [Tools] tab.

  4. Select [Combine Relay Clips].
  5. Enter the name of the merged clip, and then click the [OK] button.

Note

  • To merge relay clips, the clips must meet the following conditions.
    • Clips recorded with the same shooting settings
    • Clips with consecutive timecodes
