You cannot delete a file.

  • When using the SD card, the write-protect switch on the card is placed in the [LOCK] position. Release the write-protect setting.
  • When you use a Windows computer, the file or the folder containing the file is set to [Read-only] on the computer. Display the file or the folder using Windows Explorer and remove the check for [Read-only] under [Properties].
  • When you use a Mac computer, the file or the folder containing the file is set to [Locked] on the computer. Display the file or the folder on Mac Finder and remove the check for [Locked] under [GetInfo] of [File].
  • The remaining battery power is insufficient. Replace the batteries with new ones.
  • The file is protected. Remove the protection from the file.
