Creating a Story Using C3 Portal

Note

  • Stories received from an NRCS and stories created using C3 Portal are supported.
  • To create a story using C3 Portal, a local-type planning interface must be registered beforehand on the [Planning I/F] tab of the [Settings] screen.
    For details about registering a planning interface, refer to the Help Guide (Setup).

Use the following procedure to create a new story using C3 Portal.

  1. Select a group assigned with a local-type planning interface on the [Planning] screen.
  2. Click the (Create Story) button in the story operation area.
  3. Enter a title for the story and other metadata values, as required, in the displayed dialog.
    You can also click the [Import] button and import call sheet contents created separately.

    Note

    • Do not use space or semi-colon characters in the title of a story to be assigned to an encoder. If a story with a title containing space or semi-colon characters is assigned to an encoder, video files from the encoder will not be uploaded to this service.
  4. Click the [Create] button.

To delete a story

Select a story in the list (multiple selection supported), and click the (Delete Story) button.

To edit a story

Select a story in the list, and click the (Edit Story) button.
