Backing Up and Restoring Settings
You can back up and restore all camcorder settings. This function backs up and restores the “All file” of the camcorder. To back up or restore settings, display the [Back Up / Restore] page of the [Settings] screen. Backup/restore operation can be executed on online camcorders only.
Note
- The [Back Up / Restore] page can be used by users with Camera Operator role.
- Operations for “All” files saved via the mobile app are not supported on the [Back Up / Restore] page. Use the [All file] page.
- For backing up and restoring settings, the camcorder and C3 Portal must be connected in network client mode.
To back up settings
Select the camcorder whose settings you want to back up on the [Back Up / Restore] page and click the [Back Up] button. Enter a name and description for the backup.
To restore settings
Select the camcorder whose settings you want to restore on the [Back Up / Restore] page and click the [Restore] button. Select the settings to restore from the list of backed up settings.
To delete backup files
Select the file to delete on the [Camera All File] page of the [Settings] screen and click the 
(Delete) button.
Note
- Only an administrator has permission to use the [Camera All File] page.
- Operations for “All” files saved via the mobile app are not supported on the [Camera All File] page. Use the [All file] page.
