Checking the Service Usage Status
Display the [Dashboard] page of the [Settings] screen. You can check the data statistics, license information, and other usage status information for the current month or day.
Note
- Only an administrator has permission to use the [Dashboard] page.
To check the usage status of each group
You can select a group and check the total used capacity of that group.
To export to a CSV file
You can export all the information displayed on the [Dashboard] page or information for selected groups in CSV format.
Execute [Information for selected groups] or [Information for all groups].
Hint
- [Information for selected groups] exports the totals of the usages for the selected groups in CSV format.
- [Information for all groups] exports the usages by group for all groups in CSV format.
- The units for each usage are given below.
- Speech to Text License (msec)
- Speech to Text duration (msec)
- Data Transmission License (Bytes)
- Transferred Data (Bytes)
- Data Storage License (Bytes)
- Storage Usage (Bytes)
Note
- The storage usage and transferred data entries for assets in Recycle Bin are aggregated and exported as “Recycle Bin.”
- Groups that were deleted before exporting are exported with a “(deleted)” suffix added to the group name.
- Data that does not belong to a group, such as watermarks, are aggregated and exported as “Others.”
