Troubleshooting
If the unit or the “Scent Canvas” app stops working, follow the procedure below.
- Save the data recorded by the “Scent Canvas” app.
Exit the process with the “Scent Canvas” app.
- Turn the power to the unit off and on.
Press the power switch on the right side of the unit to turn off the power and then turn it on again.
- Relaunch the “Scent Canvas” app.
- Press and hold the “Scent Canvas” app icon on the tablet Home screen and tap [
] (Information) — [Force stop] — [OK]. (Depending on your tablet, the steps may be: press and hold the “Scent Canvas” app icon, and select [App Info] — [FORCE STOP] — [OK].) - Return to the Home screen and launch the “Scent Canvas” app.
- Press and hold the “Scent Canvas” app icon on the tablet Home screen and tap [
- If it still does not operate correctly, please check the following support website.
- If the problem is still not resolved, please contact the dealer where the unit was purchased.
