If you encounter problems

If a problem occurs while using this product, check the following items once more before consulting with the dealer where the unit was purchased. Please provide the following information when contacting your dealer.

  • Unit model name
  • Cartridge ID
  • Defect status (as much detail as possible)
  • Date of purchase

The power indicator on the right side of the unit is blinking.

Check that the front cover and cartridge are correctly set.


The power indicator and the Bluetooth indicator on the right side of the unit are alternately blinking at high speed.

A hardware error is occurring inside the unit.

Press the power switch one time to turn off the power and then turn it on once again. If the problem still persists, please contact the dealer where the unit was purchased.


The Bluetooth indicator on the right side of the unit is blinking.

It is pairing with the dedicated tablet. Please wait until the indicator lights up.
