Initializing the speaker
When the speaker is not working properly, initializing it may resolve some issues. The speaker will return to its factory default settings.
If you have checked all of the relevant items in “What can I do to solve a problem?” and the speaker still does not operate normally, or if setup failed, initialize the speaker to return it to its defaults.
- Press and hold the
(volume) button and 
(on/standby) button simultaneously for at least 4 seconds.
If the operation is successful, the
(on/standby) indicator flashes in white and initialization begins. Initialization requires tens of seconds.After that, the
(on/standby) indicator lights up white and the initialization is complete.
Note

After the initialization is complete, the volume, functions, and other sound settings return to their defaults.
Additionally, since all of the BLUETOOTH pairing information and network settings are deleted, all settings must be done again.
