An earache occurs.
- If you feel the size of the fitting supporters does not fit your ears, change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
- If you wear the headset for a long time, your ears may start hurting. Use the headset while taking breaks periodically.
