To prevent burning or malfunction due to getting wet

Let’s start to use

Download the Microsoft Teams app to your computer in advance and launch the app.

  • Wearing the headset
  • Connecting the headset to the USB transceiver

    The headset is turned on when both headset units are removed from the charging case.

    Insert the USB transceiver into the USB port of your computer.

    The USB transceiver and headset connect automatically.

    When the connection is established, a notification sound is emitted from the headset.

  • Operating the headset

    Launch the Microsoft Teams app, then start a call.

    During a call, tap the headset unit or the area near your ear where the headset is worn (wide area tap).

    (Right): To turn the microphone on/off

    (Left): To bring the Microsoft Teams app window to the front

    (Left): To raise or lower your hand

When the headset is not working properly or wide area tap is activated when you did not tap the designated area

To use all functions and improved performances

Update the software of the headset to the latest version. For details, refer to the following:
