Noise is heard during a call.

  • Remove the USB transceiver from the USB port and then insert it into another USB port on your computer.
  • If there are cables connected to your computer or USB 3.0 compatible devices in use around the USB transceiver, keep the cables and devices away from the USB transceiver as much as possible.
  • When an unused USB device or cable is connected to your computer, remove it from the USB port of your computer.
  • If there is a metal object such as a desk leg near the USB transceiver, insert the USB transceiver into the USB port that is as far away from the metal object as possible.
  • Use the headset and the USB transceiver as close to each other as possible.
  • The issue may be improved by closing unnecessary applications or windows running on your computer, or restarting your computer.
  • Connect the headset to the USB transceiver again.
  • Reset the headset.
  • Initialize the headset and reconnect to the USB transceiver.
