Adjusting the Shutter
You can adjust the shutter to adjust the brightness.
Adjusting the shutter automatically

Press the multi-function dial to display the direct menu, select [Sht: Off] in the shutter display or select
on the left, and press the dial.

Select [Auto].
The shutter speed or shutter angle is automatically adjusted in response to the image brightness.
Hint
- You can also assign [Shutter] to an assignable button and press and hold the button to display the menu.
- The same operation is supported by setting [Shooting] – [Auto Exposure] – [Auto Shutter] to [On] in the full menu.
- When the AUTO/MANUAL switch is set to AUTO, [Auto Shutter] is forcibly set to [On].
Adjusting the shutter manually
- Set the SHUTTER switch to the ON position.

Press the multi-function dial to display the direct menu, turn the dial to select the shutter display, and press the dial.
The shutter display is displayed on a white background. - Turn the multi-function dial to adjust the shutter speed.
Hint
- To adjust the exposure time to match the frame interval, set the SHUTTER switch to the OFF position.
- You can set the shutter speed as an angle, or set the shutter speed value directly according to the frequency of the light source.
