No sound

  • Check that both FL-N01 and the smartphone are turned on.
  • Turn up the volume on both FL-N01 and the smartphone.
  • When you want to listen to music with streaming mode:

    Check whether [No device connected] appears on the status screen of the “Future Lab Program N” app. If it appears, perform initial setup and reconnect FL-N01 and your smartphone via Bluetooth again.

  • When you want to listen to the sound from your smartphone or Personalized Radio service:
    • Check that the volume of your smartphone is not set to muting.
    • The music source may be selected as device mode. Change the setting to streaming mode by pressing the custom button on FL-N01 if you have not changed the function assigned to this button from the default setting. You can also change the setting by using the “Future Lab Program N” app or the voice command.
  • When you want to listen to the music files stored on the built-in memory of FL-N01:
    • Change the music source to device mode by pressing the custom button on FL-N01 if you have not changed the function assigned to this button from the default setting. You can also change the setting by using the “Future Lab Program N” app or the voice command.
