When using Activity Log, Live Segments does not start.
- Check if your smartphone has a network connection.
- If you are a premium member of Strava, set [Live Segment] settings to ON on the segment screen of the “Future Lab Program” app.
- If you are not a premium member of Strava or you are not a member yet, do the following to be a premium member. For details, refer to the Strava web page.
- Open [Activity Log] on the segment screen of the “Future Lab Program” app.
- Click [Account] on the [Strava] settings to move to the Strava web page.
You need to log in or create a new account on Strava. - Register as a premium member of Strava.
