Sound is not output from some speakers.

  • Some speakers may not output sound depending on the contents or sound mode.

  • If sound is not output from the optional rear speakers

    By pressing IMMERSIVE AE to turn on the Immersive Audio Enhancement function, the speaker system upmixes audio signals, and sound is output from all speakers.

    double circle mark : Sound is output from both the speaker system and the optional rear speakers.

    circle mark : When the sound mode is in [Auto Sound] mode, the sound mode appropriate for the content is automatically selected for playback. When the [Music] mode is selected, sound is not output from the optional rear speakers.

    –: Sound is output from the speaker system only. Sound is not output from the optional rear speakers.

    Note

    • The Immersive Audio Enhancement function is always set to ON for some audio signals.
    • When [Sound Effect] is set to [Dolby Speaker Virtualizer] or [DTS Neural:X], the Immersive Audio Enhancement function is disabled.
    • When [Sound Effect] is set to [Dolby Speaker Virtualizer], some speakers may not output sound depending on the input content.
    • Sound is not output from the optional rear speakers when Dual Mono audio is being played.
