Restarting the player
Restart the player if operations become unstable or the player freezes.
Restarting will not delete any data or pairing information.
- Hold down the buttons (

) for 30 seconds until the player restarts.When the player restarts, the lamps (
) flash twice.
Hint
- If you have a problem with the charging case, press the RESTART button on the charging case with a pen or a paper clip to restart the charging case. You may be able to solve the problem.
Note
- If the player is off and does not respond to operations, store the player inside the charging case. After a while, remove the player from the charging case, and then try restarting the player again.
