The player does not function. You cannot turn on the player.
- The player does not have a power button. Always store the player inside the charging case when you are not using the player. Remove the player from the charging case to turn on the player.
- Restart the player.
- If the problem persists, charge the batteries for 10 minutes or longer using the charging case. Once the lamps light up during charging, you can use the player. If the lamps do not light up, the battery level of the charging case is low. In this case, charge the charging case.
