Restarting the charging case
If the problem persists even after you restart the player, restart the charging case. You may be able to solve the problem.
- Press the RESTART button (
) with a pen or a paper clip to restart the charging case.
Hint
- If the following situations occur, restart the charging case while the case is in a charging state.
- Charging does not start.
- The charging lamp does not light up.
