Rear Side

Illustration of rear side of the camera. The side with the LCD monitor is the rear of the camera. Part 9 in the center of the rear is the LCD monitor. Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 7, and 6 are above the LCD monitor, from right to left. Part 5 is on the top left of the LCD monitor. Part 10 is on the right of the LCD monitor, and parts 11 to 15 are further to the right, from top to bottom.

  1. Multi-function dial

    Press when viewing the image on the LCD monitor to display the direct menu.

    Turn the dial when a menu is displayed on the LCD monitor to move the cursor up/down to select menu items or settings. Press to apply the selected item.

    When the menu is not being displayed, the dial functions as an assignable dial.

  2. BACK button

    Press to return to the previous menu. Any unconfirmed changes are canceled.

  3. MENU button

    Press and release to display the menu screen. Press and hold to display the full menu screen.

  4. Recording/tally lamp (rear)

    Lights up when recording starts.

  7. CLIPS button

    Press to display the clip list screen showing the clips on the active playback media and enable playback operations. Press this button while the clip list screen is displayed to return to the shooting screen.

    • Do not cover the air inlet.

  13. HOME button

    Press to display the Home screen on the LCD monitor. It is not displayed in the HDMI output video.

  14. USER button

    Press to show/hide the user functions screen.
