Using the camcorder abroad

You can use the camcorder in any countries/regions using the AC Adaptor supplied with the camcorder within the AC 100 V to 240 V, 50 Hz/60 Hz range. You can also charge the battery pack.

To view 4K images in 4K, you need to connect the camcorder to a 4K compatible TV (or monitor) using an HDMI cable (sold separately). To view the movies recorded with your camcorder on a TV, set [60i/50i SEL] in advance to the appropriate TV system for the country/region in which you intend to watch the movies. See "Countries/regions where you need to set [60i/50i SEL] to [60i]" and "Countries/regions where you need to set [60i/50i SEL] to [50i]" for countries and regions where your TV system supports each setting.

You can easily set the clock to the local time by setting a time difference when using the camcorder abroad. Press the MENU button - select (OTHERS) - [AREA SET].
