You can select a size for the photos. The expected number of recordable photos differs depending on this setting.

  1. MENU button - (REC/OUT SET) - [IMAGE SIZE].

3:2(12.0M):

Aspect ratio 3:2 (suitable for standard prints), effective pixels in Photo mode: Approx. 12.00 mega pixels


16:9(14.2M):

Aspect ratio 16:9 (for viewing on a high-definition TV), effective pixels in Photo mode: Approx. 14.20 mega pixels
