About the License Owner
The user who registered the purchased base license is the owner of that license. The license owner can add users to use Spectral Flow Analysis.
Only the license owner / license administrator can add options to the base license.
Hint
- Once the license owner has added the users to Spectral Flow Analysis, operation by the users becomes possible. The users can view the license information but cannot add users or add option licenses to the license.
