Sample Groups
The following menu commands are displayed when right-clicking a sample group icon in the [Experiment] panel.
When the [View] tab is displayed
[Instrument Settings]
Allows you to configure instrument settings related to lasers, detectors, and flow rates. Clicking this button displays the [Instrument Settings] dialog. This function is the same as [Instrument Settings] on the [Analysis] tab of the ribbon. See “[Instrument Settings] Dialog”.
[Stopping Condition]
Allows you to view the data acquisition stopping condition. Clicking this button displays the [Stopping Condition] dialog. This function is the same as [Stopping Condition] on the [Analysis] tab of the ribbon.
[Properties]
Displays the properties for the selected sample group.
When the [Analysis] tab is displayed
[Close Experiment]
Closes the experiment.
[Batch Analysis]
Runs analysis on multiple samples at the same time. This function is the same as [Batch Analysis] on the [Analysis] tab of the ribbon.

[Export to FCS File]
Exports data in FCS format. This function is the same as [Export to FCS File] on the [Analysis] tab of the ribbon.

[Copy to all Individual Worksheets]
Copies the shared worksheet to the individual worksheet of all samples.
[Copy to Shared Worksheet]
Sets the worksheet for the selected sample as the shared worksheet.
[Instrument Settings]
