Importing Data

You can import the data exported from the ID7000 Spectral Cell Analyzer and upload it to cloud storage, then view the analysis results in the Spectral Flow Analysis software. Please note that data containing the personal information of subjects cannot be handled in Spectral Flow Analysis.

  1. Display the [Experiment] window of the [File] tab in the Spectral Flow Analysis software, then click [Import].

    The [Import Experiment Data] dialog appears.

  2. Specify the experiment to import, check that it does not contain any personal information of subjects, place a check mark in the [I confirmed that the import files do not contain any personal information of subjects.] checkbox, and click [Import].

    The experiment data is imported and uploaded to cloud storage.

  3. When the upload start message appears, click [OK].

    The experiment metadata is registered in the database, and uploading to cloud storage for measurement sample data starts.

  4. Click [Close] to close the dialog.

    The experiment metadata is registered, uploading of the measurement sample data to cloud storage and processing start, then the experiment data is added to [Experiment Explorer] on the [View] tab.

    When uploading to cloud storage for measurement sample data completes, the analysis process is executed automatically in the cloud, and the analysis results can be viewed on the [View] tab.

    A busy icon is displayed for an experiment in the process of being imported.

    You can confirm the progress of the import process for each sample from the following icons.

    : Uploading (initial)/enabled

    : Upload completed and processing (prepared and processing)/enabled

    : Processing completed (done)/enabled
